TitleWraptor - Memory Errors / Deleting Jobs
Body
When using the Wraptor printer/applicator, the unit stores files sent to it in the internal memory. When the internal memory reaches capacity, some memory errors may begin to appear. The way to correct this is to either add additional memory, using a Compact Flash (CF) card OR to delete unused jobs from the memory of the unit. You may delete a job by selecting it while on the "File" tab of the printer and pressing the "Delete" button.

** In instances where the files are coming back after the power has been recycled, or if the memory errors persist, the internal memory may be accessed by using a PS2 connection type keyboard:

Note: The PS2 connection is only on the Wraptor and not the A6500 or A5500.

  1. Connect Keyboard, press the Windows key on the keyboard.

  1. Use the arrow key Up to "Programs".

  1. Right arrow to display the menu, arrow down to "Explorer".

  1. Press "Enter".

  1. Scroll using arrow keys to "FlashFXdisk" and press enter.

  1. Scroll using arrow keys to "Spool" folder and press enter.

  1. If the "Spool" folder contains a folder called "Jobs" then ALL files in the spool folder can be deleted, as they will be duplicated in the "Jobs" folder.
- Deleting these files will free up memory.

  1. If there is No "Jobs" folder, delete unused files in the "Spool" folder to free up memory.
If there are no files in the "Spool" folder, and the "Jobs" folder appears, you may access the "Jobs" folder and delete unused files to free up memory.
