Body | 1. Check to make sure you have closed the 2 nip roller assemblies after threading the labels. It is easy to forget about the nip rollers because the machine will still run, however you will notice rapidly that it will feed inconsistently.
2. It is also easy to thread the labels incorrectly, especially near the front nip roller assembly. Again, the labels will feed, but very inconsistently. Check the diagram on the inside of the large gray door.
3. The drive rollers must be kept clean. The labels will start to slip and feed inconsistently if the drive rollers are dirty. Be sure to also clean the orange silicone O-rings that are resting on the peel plate with Isopropyl Alcohol.
