Body | Cause: The operator opened a label file designed with a different label size than the labels currently loaded in the printer.
Resolutions:
1. If you must use the currently loaded labels and want to print the data in the existing label file made for a different sized label, you can override and proceed with caution.
- Note: If the label file was designed for labels larger than labels currently loaded in printer, the data may not fit and be cut off - losing some of the data on the label. If the label file was designed for smaller labels than the labels currently loaded, the data will only appear in a small section of the actual labels, leaving extra blank space and possibly resulting in print smaller than desired.

2. Cancel the File Open operation and load the correct label material in the printer then open the file and continue the print job. |
