Issue

The "Slide is not on dispense position" error displays on the Wraptor/A6500.

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Verify you removed the shipping bracket.

 
  1. This error may display if the Floor Sensor does not sense the slide or the shuttle is in a forward position. In the picture below you can see the sensor. Clean the Floor Sensor with isopropyl alcohol and make sure that all of the connections (red and green) on the circuit board are secure.

  1. Verify the materials are loaded correctly: Wraptor - Load Media Follow Along or Wraptor A6500 - How to Load Labels.

If this error message still appears, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) with the serial number: Wraptor - Serial number location or How to Locate the Serial Number on the A6500. Please note this legacy printer model has limited availability for replacement parts.
