Body | IssueSome users have reported an issue where the gray wrapper release button to the right of the wrapper mechanism can get stuck in the depressed position if it's pressed too hard.
 ResolutionThe best way to avoid this happening is not to press the wrapper release button too hard, it doesn't require a lot of pressure to release the wrapper mechanism. If the button gets stuck, you can lightly tap the right side of the printer to jostle the button loose.
