Body | LabelMark 6 Print Job Does Not Hit the Print QueueIssueOn some PCs (Windows 7, 8 or 10) depending on which Windows updates applied and how they are configured, LabelMark 6 cannot send a print job to the print queue of an installed printer driver.CauseSome configurations of Windows will not allow a 32-bit application to send print jobs to a 64-bit driver. A 64-bit version of LabelMark 6 was never released. This issue does not appear to be isolated to a specific build or release of Windows 10. Brady's software team has not determined when this issue was introduced, only that it is a Windows 10 security restriction applied to 32-bit applications.WorkaroundThere is no fix for LabelMark 6. LabelMark 6 has been discontinued from sales as of December 31, 2019, and support for the software ends on December 31, 2021: Brady Software - End of Life Information. Brady Workstation is a 64-bit Windows 10 compatible application and a free version can be downloaded here. If you are experiencing this issue and the Basic Designer Suite does not offer functionality required in LabelMark 6, please contact Brady Technical Support for your region: Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information.
