Issue
When viewing the printer SSID from the mobile device, the printer displays an SSID with "DIRECT-xx" added to the front, where the "xx" are two characters that change when the printer is powered off and back on. The user can connect to the printer via Wi-Fi Direct, but when adding it to the Express Labels app they are given an error message: "Wifi Network Not Connected".
Resolution
Update Express Labels Mobile to the latest version. A fix was released in version 2.0 which resolves this issue with iOS devices. |
