TitleTerminal Block Labels Created Standalone on the BMP51 Are Not the Correct Length
Body
Issue

Longer terminal blocks (over 200mm or or 9") printed from the BMP51 do not print to the exact length.

Cause

The printer treats each individual terminal as one "unit". The printer then needs to convert the length of that terminal from mm to pixels, and in that conversion process there is a small rounding error that's introduced. If you're printing a smaller set of terminal blocks this won't be very noticeable, but once you start printing out longer strips of terminal blocks this rounding error gets compounded and becomes much more evident.

Workaround

Use the Terminal Block app within Brady Workstation. This would send the entire label to the printer as one "unit" or image, so that rounding error isn't a factor. This app is offered as part of the Product and Wire Identification Suite: Where Can I Download the PWID Suite?
