1. Ensure that your printer is in "Peripheral Mode". To do this, press the Function + Delete Keys
2. Next, check "Devices and Printers" and under the "Unspecified" section, ensure the COM port that displays here is the same COM port number that the TLS printer's drivers is configured to print to.
3. Lastly, ensure that your COM port settings are correct on the driver on the PC.
a. Navigate to Control Panel> "Devices and Printers"
b. Right-click on the TLS2200 or PC Link driver and select "Printer Properties"
c. Select the "Ports" tab and select the COM port. Once Highlighted, select "Configure Port"
d. Select the "Port Settings" tab and ensure the settings are configured as the following:
- Bits per second: 9600
- Data bits: 8
- Parity: None
- Stop bits: 1
- Flow control: Xon/Xoff
