The serial number is printed on a white label that has "Brady" on the top line, the serial number on the center line, and a barcode on the last line. It's located in one of two places:
1. Under the battery (remove the battery from the back of the unit to find the label)
OR
2. Under the ribbon spindle (remove the gray ribbon cartridge from the right side of the unit and look inside). |
