Share Images and Videos to Assist with Troubleshooting

Images of the issue, material, and printed labels can help Technical Support troubleshoot the issue. If Technical Support requests any images or videos, please attach those to an email. If the file size is too large, you can use Google Drive or Dropbox to upload the files and share the link. 

Google Drive
 
  1. On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
 
  1. At the top left, select New.
 
  1. Select File Upload or Folder Upload.
 
  1. Choose the file or folder you want to upload.
 
  1. Select Open.
 
  1. Select the file you want to share.
 
  1. Select the three dots and select Get Link.
 
  1. Select to change General access.
 
  1. Select Copy link. 
 
  1. Copy the link in the email.

    

DropBox
 

  1. Sign in to Dropbox.
 
  1. Select Upload.
 
  1. Select Files or Folder.
 
  1. Select the files you would like to share and select the Share icon (rectangle with an up arrow).
 
  1. Enter the email and name you would like to share it with. 
 
  1. Select can edit or can view.
 
  1. Select Share file or Share folder.
