Sending Log Files From the Express Labels Mobile App
 

1. Open the app About screen, Select Privacy, and make sure the "ErrorReporting" option is toggled ON.

2. Then go back to Help & Feedback, tap on "Support via Email" Email pop up screen appears.

3. It till prompt for Name, Email Address, Printer Model (menu of compatible printers appears) and Error Description.   Fill in the information then scroll down.

4. Tap on the Compose button. It will display Complete Action Using options.

5. Select your email app.  The email appears onscreen.  Click Send or send button.

This goes directly to Brady Technical Support. If you are already working with tech support, they will add all the information to your existing support case.   If you have not already contacted technical support about the issue, a case is autogenerated.  A support tech will follow up with you when they take it from the Technical Support email box.
