Error 104 "XY cutter carriage is not plugged in" displays on the S3700. 

Cause 

The printer needs to be reset.

Resolution

Power the printer off and back on and try again.

If the issue persists, contact Global Brady Technical Support (Contact Information) with the serial number of your printer S3700 - Serial Number Location.
