Issue
The displays a "print head open" error.

Troubleshooting
- Make sure the print head is closed and fully latched into place.
- Power cycle the printer completely - remove the power cable and wait 20 seconds, then restore power.
- If the print head is latched in place and power cycling does not resolve, it's possible the printer has mechanical failure. Reach out to technical support for your region to setup a repair: Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information.
