Body | To correct the “Paper Out” error message for the PR300/600 Plus and BBP72 printers please do the following:
1. Ensure that the labels are installed properly and feeding through the guides and underneath the sensor. The most common cause of this error is improper installation of the media. PR Plus Series - How To Load Label Material
2. Also make sure the same for the ink ribbon, since ribbon installed through the label path can also cause this error. This is also a known issue with firmware version 3.35 so make sure it is not at this version.
