Body | The sensor in the PR300 printer will always be referred to as the "GAP SENSOR" in the LCD screen of the printer regardless of what type of labels (gapped, notched) you have loaded in the printer.
Lift the print head assembly with the green lever on the side. Then look down through the front. The labels or sleeves should feed between the red plastic.
The top red plastic shown below should be over the labels. The silver "bead" or rectangle is the sensor. It should be centered over the label for gapped material, over the rectangle cut out between each sleeve for permasleeves, or over the notch along the left side of the liner for notched material (often self-lams - white printable labels with clear tail meant to wrap around cables or wires. |
