End users will print from LM5 (5.0.2.1) to a BP PR300+ (driver v4.1.06/v4.6.21) and the printer will print and jerk back (backfeed) and print the next label. In smaller labels like THT-29 the registration of the text gets lost due to the smaller labels and the backfeeding. This has not been found in LM4.
This issue has been addressed in the 5.2 software update. Please update your software if you are experiencing this type of problem. You can update the software by going to help update software.
Please make sure that you have the most current printer driver as well.
