Issue

A user has configured a sleep timeout setting on the i5100 display, however the i5100 does not enter sleep mode after the configured time interval. 
 
Cause

If the i5100 is networked and something on the network is sending data to the printer, the printer will not enter sleep mode. Data receipt is indicated by a small falling drop icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
