For these reasons, Brady will discontinue the sales and support of NetDoc Cable Management software according to the dates listed below.

Support agreements in place as of December 31, 2019 will be honored through December 31, 2021 even if they are set to expire prior to that date.

When does Technical Support end and what does that mean?
Technical support will end on December 31, 2021. Upon support ending, you will no longer receive assistance for NetDoc Cable Management software related issues over the phone or email from Brady Technical Support. However, you can still get support for all other Brady products unless otherwise noted. NetDoc will NOT cease to work simply because support has ended. However, as server operating systems support expires with Microsoft you may be required by your IT policy to upgrade your NetDoc server(s) to newer operating systems. NetDoc will not be tested to ensure it properly functions with these new operating systems so it could impact your NetDoc environment.
Will I continue to have access to my cabling data?
NetDoc data will continue to be owned by the customer. You will not lose your cabling and cabling infrastructure documentation due to the end of support. |
