Issue

The printer frequently powers off.

Cause
  1. The battery is low.
 
  1. The Auto shut off delay timing.

Resolution
 
  1. Attach the AC adapter to the printer and plug into an electrical outlet. This will supply immediate power while charging the battery at the same time. 
 
  1. Adjust the shutoff delay timing in Setup > Config.
