Void Areas or Lines Appear on Printed Text


Cause

The ribbon is wrinkling.


Troubleshooting
 
  1. With the ribbon installed, tension the ribbon by rotating the rewind spool (top spool) in a downward direction until all slack is removed.

  1. If the problem persists, install a new ribbon.
