Cleaning the Printer 

Display Screen
 
  1. Lightly moisten a soft (non-scratching) cloth with isopropyl alcohol or use pre-moistened static-free cloths available with the Brady PCK-6 Cleaning Kit.
 
  1. Gently wipe the display screen until clean.

Internal Components
 
  1. Turn off the printer. 
 
  1. Remove the cartridge that is currently in the printer.
Note: The locking lever should be in the unlock position. 
 
  1. Use compressed air or a lint-free swab to remove debris off of the sensor.

  1. Using the swab, clean the platen roller.
 
  1. Gently swab the print head.
