Body | 1. Disconnect all peripheral devices and test printing and wrapping in standalone mode. This confirms the A6500 is operating apart from any 3rd party equipment.
2. Power cycle the A6500. If the printer takes an abnormally long time to boot, this indicates the memory card is corrupt.
3. Insert a flash drive and set it to be the default storage device. If this resolves the issue then it's likely the A6500 memory card is getting filled with print jobs.
