Body | Issues & SymptomsPrint jobs continue to pile up on the memory card, even when jobs are set to delete in Settings > Print Queue > Delete Print Job When Closed. This issue appears to occur when the A6500 is used with Cayman software.
Some users report the label orientations appeared to change at random.CauseThis issue is currently being investigated by Brady's firmware team. Workarounds1. Change printer memory to use an external USB drive, swap out USB drives as needed.
2. When the Cayman software gives the hot stamp error, or the job is interrupted for any reason - restart the software and click "close job" 6 times from the printer LCD. This will prevent jobs from piling up on the card.
3. If print jobs near the 500 max, remove the USB and format it.
- Note: At this time (firmware 122090) there is no option to mass delete jobs on the A6500
