Issue

After creating the label file, instead of printing the file Store on Printer is selected. The file does not appear on the printer. 

Troubleshooting

Work with the IT department at your company to verify the 2 registry key values have full control access for subkeys.

"Access: FullControl Applies to: Subkeys only"  two keys:
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Brady\Printers
  • HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Brady\Printers
 
  1. Access Registry Editor on your computer.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow for HKEY_CURRENT_USER to expand the list.
 
  1. Click the dropdown arrow for SOFTWARE within the HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow for Brady.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow for Printers.

  1. Right-click the J7300 printer and select Permissions.
 
  1. Select the checkbox under Allow for Full Control
Subkey permissions_Full control
  1. Select OK.
 
  1. Click the dropdown arrow for HKEY_USERS.

  1. Double-click .DEFAULT.

  1. Double-click Software.

  1. Double-click Brady.

  1. Double-click Printers.

  1. Right-click J7300 and select Permissions.
 
  1. Select the checkbox under Allow for Full Control.
 
  1. Select OK
