- Unopened, sealed cartridges - 1 year
- Unopened, sealed cartridges should be stored with the hang tang up in an upright position.
- Opened cartridges stored in the printer - up to 3 months
- Do not remove ink cartridges from the printer unless replacing or cleaning. If a used ink cartridge must be stored outside the printer, stand up in an air tight container.
- The printer has a maintenance cycle that runs to prevent the ink cartridge from drying out, do not unplug the printer.

Labels
- Alignment Roll (J-ALIGN) 4" (101.6mm) wide x 50 ft (15.24m) length continuous, B-2569 Polyester, for ink cartridge alignment.
- Label rolls beginning with J-, JC-, JPSL-, or P- on BradyID.
- Only labels purchased from BradyID can be used in the printer.
