Issue

The label is jammed in the printer. 


Resolution 
 
  1. Press the Unload icon on the home screen of the printer. 
Unload
  1. Remove the label roll.
 
  1. Cut off bent or damaged labels.
 
  1. Reload the labels.

If the Unload icon is grayed out, the jam is impeding movement of the carriage:
 
  1. Open the label cover.
 
  1. Move the media guide to the left.
 
  1. Grasp both sides of the labels close to the leading edge and gently pull out from the printer.
 
  1. Cut off any damaged portion of the label roll and re-install the labels.
