The J1000 uses a virtual Tif Port to communicate with a Windows PC over USB. This printer can only be connected to a PC via USB.
Jobs sent to the J100 printer do not go to the normal print queue. The jobs are sent to C:\ProgramData\sTager. If jobs are stuck in the print queue or the printer stops, the jobs may need to be removed from that folder.
