Issue

The i3300 gives an "invalid ribbon" error even though the ribbons are compatible with the i3300. 

Cause

Specific ribbon types are required for specific label material types, it does not matter that the ribbon is compatible with the i3300, it must be compatible with the installed label media: Ribbon and Label Compatibility

Note: This is a soft error that can be bypassed, however this may result in degraded print quality.
