Issue
Incompatible media for chosen application appears on the BMP41 or M410 printer.
Cause
The labels installed cannot accommodate the application requirements.
Resolution
Install a cartridge that is compatible with the current label type. The current label type is shown in the upper left corner of the screen.
If the suggested label type does not display, try a larger label or continuous label. |
