If the printer calibrates when manually feeding but when you print from a PC it continuously feeds, what steps would you do to correct this issue?

Most likely this is a driver or software issue where the printer is receiving different sensor information that physically set on the printer. Make sure if using Codesoft that you are using the internal driver and if using Labelmark that have the correct driver/software combination.
