Note: These settings may also resolve issues for other Brady printer models, however we do not routinely test and validate Brady printers with third party software. Troubleshooting issues related to 3rd party software is beyond the scope of support available from Brady Technical Support.
We have found these settings may resolve protocol errors and calibration issues when printing from 3rd party Arc Flash software. See attached document for original instructions (Windows XP).
1. In Windows 10, go to the Start Menu and open Control Panel.
2. Select View Devices and Printers.
3. Right click the printer driver and choose Printer Properties, then click Preferences.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Click Properties.
6. In the printer properties, make sure your Page Size is set to USER, label sensor is set to Gapped, and match the width and height to the size of the label.
