When powering up the machine after installing a new roll of tape the message "Multiple Label Tags Found. Remove Extra" appears on the screen.
Cause
This means there are multiple RFID chip labels in the core of the roll of labels.
Resolution
To correct this problem, remove the roll of material from the machine. On the inside of the core there will be multiple small white labels with no print. These are the RFID chips. Remove the extra labels so that there is only one label/chip remaining.
Once this is done, insert the tape back into the machine and power the machine up. The message will now be gone and you will be able to successfully print your labels. |
