  1. Select Menu.

Update the Firmware from a USB


Note: Complete other troubleshooting before updating the firmware version. The firmware can only be upgraded with a USB. 

 
  1. Download the latest Firmware from Bradyid.com.
 
  1. Right click the BBP35_37_Firmware in the downloads folder and select Extract All.
 


 
  1. Select the folder.

  1. Select USB Upgrade, Americas, and copy BootUpgrade and SafeUpgrade folders to your USB flash drive.

  1. Insert the USB drive into one of the USB ports on the printer.

  1. Select Menu on the printer.

  1. Select More Tools.
 

 
  1. Select Upgrade from USB drive. 
 

 
  1. Wait as the firmware updates. There are various screens that display throughout the process. 
 

 
  1. The main screen on the printer displays once the firmware update is complete.  
Important: The printer will continue to try and update the firmware if you do not remove the USB once the upgrade is complete.
