Storing Print Jobs to the i5300 Internal Memory

Files can be transferred to a USB flash drive or stored to the internal memory on the i5300. Brady Workstation allows saving print jobs to the internal memory of the i5300 for standalone printing, but the file format has to be a .prn file.

The i5300 cannot natively read .BWS or .BWT label files, the files must be converted to .PRN files using this process. For more information on the different file types, refer to .BWS File versus .PRN File.
