Transfer BMP41 & M410 Label Files to External USB Storage Label files created locally on the BMP41 can be saved to an external USB storage device. These files can be transferred to another BMP41 printer, however they cannot be opened and edited by software on a PC.
- Plug the USB drive into printer's USB port.
- Press File + Label Type / File.
- Choose Save and press Enter.
- Navigate to the External option box.
- Press Enter.
- In the <New File> entry box, enter a name for the label file and press Enter
.
Create a New Folder
- With highlighted, type a name for the folder and press Enter.
- Select Previous folder and press Enter.
- Select the folder that you just created and press Enter.
- With highlighted, type a name for the file and press Enter. Proceed to step 7.
To choose an existing folder:
- Select the desired folder and press Enter.
- With highlighted, type a name for the file and press Enter.
- If the name already exists, a message displays asking if you want to overwrite the existing file with that name.
To overwrite the existing file, press Enter.
To go back and type a different file name, press Enter.
