How to Network the A5500

Networking the A5500

Network settings must be configured from the touch screen menu for first-time setup. 

1. Turn on the printer.

2. Press the Gear icon on the printer touch screen.



3. Select Connection



4. Select Advanced Network Settings



5. Select Ethernet



6. Choose DHCP or select Static to configure the printer with a static IP address. 




Configure a Static IP on the A5500

1. Select the radio button for Static, hit the back arrow to return to the Network settings screen.



2. Enter network settings as required by your network: 

• IP Address
• Subnet Mask
• Default Gateway
• Primary & Secondary DNS servers
