Body | Setup WiFi on the A5500
1. Select the gear icon.
2. Select Connection.
3. Select Wi-Fi Network.
4. Choose your network, you may be prompted to enter credentials if you connected to a secured network. Reach out to your IT if you require assistance with this step.
How to Connect the A5500 to Hidden Wireless Network
If the enterprise or personal network you need is not in the list, it may not be discoverable.
1. In the Wi-Fi network menu, scroll to the bottom of the discovered networks and tap Others.
2. Check the box for your appropriate network type - Personal or Enterprise.
3. The system displays settings appropriate to your selection. You may need information from your IT department to complete the settings. |
