Issue

The IP300, IP600 and i5100 model printers have difficulty maintaining calibration with HSNX, Heatex, Nomex and HSCM label materials.

Cause

While some users may find print quality results to be acceptable, these materials have a more slippery surface causing media drift, slippage and print shift issues when used in i5100 and IP series printers. 

Resolution

We recommend the i7100 and PR series printer models when using these materials. Material/Printer compatibility can be referenced on the BradyID product page for any given material.
