Issue

New security settings were added on iOS for Express Labels with version 2.0. If unable to add printer in the app and receive errors like "No Brady printers found on this network", even if able to connect with your phone via WiFi Direct or WiFi, check the Local Networks permissions in the Privacy settings and confirm it is enabled.

Resolution
 
  1. On your Apple device, select Settings.

  1. Select to enable Local Networks.
