Issue
The Supply Mismatch error displays in the Express Labels app.
Troubleshooting
- A different supply is loaded in the printer than the label selected in the Express Labels app. If the label is printed, the label will not print as it displays on the screen. The label may be cut off or not fully filled out because the proportions are different than the installed label.
- There is a label / ribbon mismatch. The installed label is not what is compatible with the label. The message can be bypassed, but the print quality may not meet Tech Data Sheet (TDS) standards.
Review the TDS to verify the ribbon compatibility for that label: Technical Data Sheets for Brady Materials.
Search the knowledgebase for the specific error for each printer to find more troubleshooting steps.
