Error 20 Print Head Too Cold

This error may occur on BBP30, BBP31, BBP33, BBP35, BBP37, BBP85, S3100, i3300 and S3700 printer models.

Cause 

The normal operating temperature range is between 50-104° F (10-40° C).

Resolution
 
  1. Allow printer to warm up to operating temperature before printing.
 
  1. This error can also indicate a damaged print head wiring harness: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Benchtop Printer.
