You can place data from an external source (external to LabelMark, such as Excel, MS Access or text files) on your labels. This data can exist in a text file, a spreadsheet program, or an external database.
If you have a blank cell(s) between cells with text, LabelMark will interpret them as a blank line in your label
Always name your file with a .txt or .csv extension and save it to your hard drive or disk
Close completely out of Excel before attempting to import
When importing into LabelMark choose the Tab delimiter if you have a .txt file or the Comma delimiter if you have a .csv file
Be sure your text in Excel will actually fit on your label in LabelMark. LabelMark will give an error message if your text is too large. If this occurs, try to import at font size 4 in LabelMark. When import is completed you may then increase the font size.
