ISSUE IF ERROR OCCURS WHILE INSTALLING BRADY WORKSTATION:
Brady Workstation installs the Bonjour app on the PC first to run our internal print drivers. Once that is complete it starts the Brady Workstation install.  Bonjour is an app that runs all the time in the background and may cause errors that "a program is still running" when attempting to install or uninstall Brady Workstation.
RESOLUTION:
1. Cancel the install/uninstall wizard,
2. Go to Windows installed programs and uninstall Bonjour. 
3. Then restart the Brady Workstation Installation.

If you get this error when running Updates from within Brady Workstation the cause may be due to a previous update made by a user where only 1 or more apps or suites were updated while other apps or the shell was not updated, causing a version mismatch.  Brady Workstation versions downloaded and installed in 2019 and beyond no longer allow you to update individual apps from a suite without updating all apps in the suite and the shell.  In this case, it is best to just download the latest version of your individual app (GHS or LOW) or the full Suite (PWID, SFID, Laboratory, Print Partner, Data Automation, Scan & Print, etc) from https://workstation.bradyid.com.
