If there are issues with the driver install where the install cannot be completed, the driver logs may be helpful to troubleshoot the issue further with Technical Support.
- Open File Explorer.
- Enter in the path: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp.
Replace the <username> with the username of the computer.
- Search for the file name: Brady_<printer model>_Driver_<timestamp>.log
<printer model> is replaced by the Brady printer model number and <timestamp> is the date.
- If there is a current case with Technical Support, include the driver logs in an email with the case number. If a case has not been created yet, contact information is in Global Brady Technical Support.
