Issue

The BMP71 printer will not power on when the power button is pressed. 

Troubleshooting

1. Use the printer on AC power instead of battery. This will confirm if the battery pack has failed. 
2. Make sure the printer is plugged into a working outlet. 
3. Confirm the correct power supply is being used, using the wrong power supply may damage the printer. 

Still Not Working?
