Issue

A user is able to print labels without frames, however the printer shuts off suddenly when a frame is added to the label.

Cause

Printing a frame or rectangle or box around your label uses more power. If your batteries are weak, it will shut off when you Print.

Resolution

Use the Brady BMP71 AC Adapter (Part M-AC-143110). A fully drained battery will take 4 hours to charge in the printer (longer if the printer is being used while charging).
