Body | IssueSome 593 Raised Panel labels (M7) labels have been packaged wrong, with the notch on the wrong side. Because the printer's sensor does not detect the notch, it does not recognize the TOF (Top Of Form - the beginning of the label) so the print head will not fire, it will only feed out blank labels.
ResolutionTake the entire stack of raised panel labels and flip them and place them back into the box so that when loading / feeding them into the printer, the notches are along the wall closest to the LCD display and keyboard (not toward the back of the printer), with labels on top, facing up.
