TitleBMP61 - 'Head Over Temp' message
Body
Issue

The BMP61 displays a "head over temp" error while printing or attempting to print labels.

Cause

A "Head Over Temp" message occurs when the print head has reached its maximum operating temperature. This can occur when the printer is used for high-volume printing beyond its recommended 750 labels per day: BMP61 Technical Specifications

Troubleshooting

To correct this issue, let the printer cool down for approximately 10 minutes, then resume the print job.

The BMP61 is rated for 750 labels/day. Consistent usage beyond this spec can cause print head temperature errors. If you require more than 750 labels per day, a benchtop printer model may be more appropriate for your printing needs.
