No Media Installed or Out of labels displays on the M510 printer.

No labels detected

Cause

The labels have run out during printer.


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Reinstall the cartridge.
 
  1. Verify the print mechanism lever is in the locked position.
 
  1. Replace with a new label cartridge.
 
  1. Verify you have Authentic labels installed in the M510: Portable Printers - Brady Authentic Labels.

If the error continues, the printer may need to be repaired. Please contact Brady Technical Support: Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information with the serial number: BMP51 - Serial Number Location or M510 - Serial Number Location.
